"This photo was taken near Mt Curie in BC, Canada, but I named it Heisei Forest because I feel it doesn’t exactly reflect the real place where it was taken. It’s quite abstract / otherworldly to me, and it reminds me of the flat vertical arabesques from the #heiseiaesthetic"
